IVM TAR tape logs

The last date of observations recorded on the old format (2GB) tapes
is 1998 April 16, tarlog.980416.

The first date of observations recorded on the new (20-40GB) tape
is 1998 April 17, tarlog.980429.

The dates of observations recorded on the first two tapes of
the new format are interleaved.

The first new format tape contains the data listed in:
	tarlog.980429		17 Apr 98 through 27 Apr 98
	tarlog.980512		11 May 98 through 12 May 98
	tarlog.980603_1		14 May 98 through 29 May 98
	tarlog.980603_2		01 Jun 98 through 02 Jun 98 (?)
	

The second new format tape contains the data listed in:
	tarlog.980430_1 	28 Apr 98
	tarlog.980430_2		30 Apr 98
	tarlog.980501		01 May 98
	tarlog.980511		06 May 98 through 11 May 98

The third new format tape also has multiple tarlogs written on the same date:
	tarlog.980609_1		04 Jun 98 through 05 Jun 98
	tarlog.980609_2		08 Jun 98 (?)  

Observations were taken on 09 Jun 98 but are not listed in any tarlog.
